The license that here we release has two sections: the first disciplines the use of the extensive almanac of The Earth Calendar, completed with the soul powers. Here you can see an example and here you can find its complete edition that we have edited for the current year; the second license disciplines instead the use of the short date, making use of the original weekly and yearly nomenclature of The Earth Calendar without the soul powers. You can see here the short date displayed by a javascript that we ourselves have produced.


The extensive almanac of The Earth Calendar can be used, both in a publishing on printed paper and inside a software application, simply by signing the relative license that here we resume, very briefly, in its basis terms:

Identification, copyright and trademark	In the publishing or application, the almanac must be identified exactly like: "Almanac of The Earth Calendar". Beside this, you must report in a visible way the two trademarks relative to the name The Earth Calendar and to the logo of its almanac, together with a reference to the license that allows the use and the link http://license.earthcal.org where is available the text of this same license.
Modifications	No modification is allowed to the almanac (and its standard must be fully safeguarded, in order that it can continue to have its correct social function).
For a free use:	in case of a publishing or application distributed freely, absolutely non commercial, the use of the almanac is allowed equally freely.
For a commercial use:	in case of a commercial publishing or application, the use of the almanac is allowed in exchange for a percentage on the full price of the product, inclusive therefore of the selling tax.

The short date of The Earth Calendar, without the soul powers that change year by year and that are present instead in the almanac, can be used also both in a publishing on printed paper and inside a software application, and in this case the basis terms of the license are:

Identification, copyright and trademark	In the publishing or application the date must be identified like "short date of The Earth Calendar". Beside this, you must report in a visible way the two trademarks relative to the name The Earth Calendar and to the logo of its almanac, together with a reference to the license that allows the use and the link http://license.earthcal.org where is available the text of this same license. In the case of short scripts, you can add this note, usable like a guide.
Modification	No modification is allowed to the date (and its standard must be fully safeguarded, in order that it can continue to have its correct social function).
For free or commercial use:	both in case of a publishing or application distributed freely and in case of a commercial product the use of the date is allowed always freely.
