The book and almanac of "The Earth Calendar", and the files in .pdf format that contain them, are, for moral and lawful right, exclusive property of the Eudaemony Laboratory, who has ideated e produced them, and are therefore protected both by laws of ethics and by those of copyright.
By this agreement of license the Eudaemony Laboratory, even remaining sole owner of the files, allows their free vision and print, through a domestic printer, for an exclusive personal use, therefore no commercial or public.
Attention! Both the name "The Earth Calendar" and the logo of its almanac, containing the original weekly nomenclature, are trademarks of the Eudaemony Laboratory:
Therefore every commercial, or even simply public, use of both these trademarks, and therefore also of the new weekly nomenclature adopted in "The Earth Calendar", is strictly prohibited, unless you sign and fully respect the specific license.
It is prohibited any electronic manipulation of the .pdf files: for example, but not limited to, the extraction of single parts, whether text, images or other, from the files, and elaboration thereof or any other kind os use.
These .pdf files are furnished in the conditions in which they are, without any warranty of good working, exactness or validity. Those who will make use of them will do so at their own danger and risk. In any case the Eudaemony Laboratory concede this license only if freed of any past, present or future obligation, responsibility or burden, of any kind and for any reason.
